Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

In some cases, processing may take longer due to product availability, supplier delays, or U.S. holidays.

U.S. Shipping

Estimated U.S. delivery time is 5–7 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the courier and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may occasionally experience transit delays.

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $65. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Delayed Tracking

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, please contact us and we will review the shipment with our fulfillment partner.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us. We may request proof of delivery from the shipping courier. If the courier confirms delivery, you may be asked to obtain a Non-Delivery Certification from your local post office before a replacement or refund can be reviewed.
