Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition. To start a return, email us at lumiereandco.business@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will send a free replacement immediately, no questions asked. Simply email us at lumiereandco.business@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used candles and diffusers cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
