How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive within 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $50 ship free within the United States.

How long do the candles burn?

Our soy candles burn for 20–25 hours. For best results, burn for at least 2 hours on the first use to allow an even wax pool to form.

Are your candles safe?

Yes. All our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax with lead-free cotton wicks and essential oil-based fragrances. They are non-toxic and CA Prop 65 compliant.

Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. If your product arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement immediately — no questions asked.

How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 6mm before each burn. Keep away from drafts. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.
